Leadership opportunities and related pay are available for appropriate applicants.
This post is to work with one of our newly appointed Assistant Headteachers, in a year 6 class and share the class responsibility. This means that this class will have two teachers! You will team teach in the mornings and then you will release the Assistant Headteacher for leadership time during the afternoons. We offer the full pay scale range for this post from M1 to UPS3 and possible TLR for the right candidate. This would be an excellent opportunity for an ECT to learn.
Are you a reflective practitioner who can work within a team, engaging and responding to children's thinking and learning? Do you have the ability to teach children with a variety of needs, enabling independence, challenge and success? We are looking for candidates who are passionate about teaching children to learn to their full potential through a broad, creative and rich curriculum.
