Be a strong team player who can develop positive working relationships. Be willing to challenge practice appropriately where the needs of students with SEND are not being met. Promote student independence rather than dependency on adult support. Be flexible and able to respond effectively to changing priorities. Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
