Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Brightside Preschool, Hatfield
£13.40–£13.90 per hour (depending on responsibilities)
Term time only | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm

At Brightside Preschool, we are committed to showing young minds the Brightside in everyday – and we’re looking for a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our friendly team.
What we’re looking for:
A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
A good understanding of the EYFS and child development
A warm, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for working with children
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of preschool life
Experience working with children with SEND
Experience in a Senco role would be an advantage
Your role will include:
Supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities
Acting as a key person for a group of children
Observing, assessing and planning in line with the EYFS
Building strong relationships with parents and carers
Contributing to a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
The opportunity to train as an Early Years Senco
