LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT

H3 Point 5-6 – 37 hours per week

£25,803 to £26,196

Actual salary starting on 37 hours: £21,575.90 - £21,904.52

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant, to support our busy and friendly team at Goffs Churchgate Academy. The successful applicant will provide targeted support for children with special educational needs (SEN), to improve their academic progress and personal development.

The successful candidate for this post:

  • will support students with individual learning needs in and out of lessons
  • will be flexible and resourceful
  • has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • has a positive, ‘can do’ attitude with colleagues and students
  • believes in the right of every student to fulfil their potential
