About the role

LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANTS

Required for September 2025

H3 – 37 hours per week, term time only 7:30am – 3:30pm Or 8:00am – 4:00pm

£26,628 - £27,034 including fringe payment

Actual salary for 37 hours, £22,265.75 - £22,605.24

 

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants to provide targeted support for children with special educational needs (SEN), to improve their academic progress and personal development

 

The successful candidate for this post:

  • will support students with individual learning needs in and out of lessons will be flexible and resourceful
  • has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills has a positive, ‘can do’ attitude with colleagues and students believes in the right of every student to fulfil their potential
