We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of our pupils. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support teaching and learning, helping all children – particularly those with additional needs – to access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom.Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils’ learning through planned activities and targeted interventions.

• Promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing, and inclusion for all learners.

• Preparing and organising learning materials and resources.

• Assisting with personal care when required.

• Contributing to pupil observations and assessments to inform progress.

• Working collaboratively with teaching staff, families, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
