Learning Support Manager
37 Hours per week – term time plus 1 week
H5 (£26,409) actual salary £22,500 approx

The successful candidate will:
Have proven experience in educational administration
A friendly and caring approach, with a genuine commitment to student wellbeing
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters
Excellent communication skills, including a confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills with a proactive and solutions – focused mindset.
A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality
Previous experience is essential, and applicants should be able demonstrate this when completing an application.
