Salary: H3 pt 5 to H3 pt 6 £25,583 to £25,989 plus £1,045 fringe allowance

Pro-rata - Actual Salary: £14,392.43 to £14,611.88 pa incl. Fringe

About the role:

Rickmansworth School is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Lettings and Premises Assistant to join our supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing the school’s facilities and supporting our community lettings programme.

As a Lettings and Premises Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing bookings through the school’s hire system, preparing facilities for external users and ensuring that spaces are safe, clean and well presented. The role also involves providing on-site support during lettings, liaising with hirers and carrying out routine checks to maintain high standards across the site.

Selection Process:

We are required for only shortlisted candidates to conduct online searches about an applicant as part of our shortlisting process in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance 2025 in order to identify any incidents or concerns which are publicly available online. On signing the declaration on application you will be agreeing to the acknowledgement that such searches will be conducted as part of the shortlisting process.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the school where there will be a number of related tasks, details of which will be discussed on the day. Interviews will be held with the Headteacher and possibly another member of SLT. There will also be a tour of the school estate and this may be conducted by other members of the school community.
