Salary: £25,614 (FTE)
Contract Type: Variable hours, Part-time, Term-time only (38 weeks)

This appointment is intended to be part of the cover team to accommodate sickness, planned and unplanned absences, and other types of leave. Due to the nature of the work, the role will be offered on a variable contract. Variable contracts are generally utilised to engage individuals for occasional, fluctuating, or unpredictable work. Such contracts do not guarantee a set amount of work and do not impose an obligation on you to accept any offered work. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, from 11:50am to 1:10pm (1 hour and 20 minutes per day), however, exact timings will be discussed.

Wormley C of E Primary School is looking to appoint a caring, committed and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is key to ensuring that lunchtime is a happy, safe and sociable part of the school day.
You’ll work closely with colleagues to supervise pupils in the dining hall and on the playground, helping to create a calm and enjoyable lunchtime experience for all.

Previous experience working in schools is not essential, but a genuine passion for supporting children is a must.
