Music Teacher

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Music Teacher with experience of or willing to learn to teach Music Technology in our 6th Form. The position would suit a new or experienced teacher with the enthusiasm and drive to develop their own career whilst making a difference to our pupils. Pupils at ERS enjoy learning about music and progress to music technology in the 6th Form. The majority of pupils take part in our summer term productions (Willy Wonka July 2024) and in our Creative Arts evenings. Although we are not a Special school our delightful pupils have various specific learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions and speech, language and communication difficulties. Our classes are small with good support. Vacancies at ERS are infrequent due to our staff enjoying teaching in this environment.
