The Role
We are seeking an experienced manager who is Level 3+ qualified, enthusiastic and motivated to lead our setting — someone who combines strong leadership with a genuine passion for early years education. We are looking for someone who will bring energy to the role, inspire the children and staff at the preschool and maximise the setting’s potential, while upholding a commitment to maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and learning.
We offer a supportive and friendly working environment and a strong partnership with an engaged Management Committee. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established team with a new focus on leading and shaping the future of the setting.
