Grade: H4

Hours: 37 hours per week (Term-time + inset)

Start Date: ASAP

Actual salary: From £22,392 per annum

The Hemel Hempstead School is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to join our Office Administration Team.

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a busy school environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our student services, school office and reception.

We are looking for someone with:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong Organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Team player with a flexible and positive attitude.

Confident using computers and Microsoft applications, experience with SIMS or Bromcom would be an advantage but not essential.

Experience in a school or similar environment is desirable but not essential.

If you are appointed you will be required to have an up to date Disclosure and Barring Service

(DBS) Certificate. The existence of a criminal background does not automatically mean that you cannot be appointed but it may do so.
