Brandles School is a dynamic, exciting and progressive secondary special school with an innovative and constantly evolving curriculum for boys with social, emotional and mental health related difficulties. Brandles had an Ofsted inspection in June 2024 which was graded GOOD. “Pupils work hard to aspire to the school values, 'ready, respectful and safe'. It provides them with a simple approach of how they should behave at school. Relationships between adults and pupils are positive. They support the high expectations the school has for pupils' conduct and attitudes to learning. Pupils know that they can share any concerns. Adults will help to resolve them.” 

Due to retirement of the present member of staff, applications are invited for the position of Office and Finance Administrator to start in October 2025 We require an experienced Office and Finance administrator, based in our reception. You will be required to work in reception and be very adept at juggling tasks! You will be the first point of call for parents and visitors to our school. Multi-tasking will be a key asset! As a potential member of our staff, you will already have some administrative experience, and this will be school based. You will need to be well organised and able to prioritise your work load effectively. It is essential that you have excellent word processing skills, good knowledge of ICT systems and a background in financial systems (school based) would be a distinct advantage. Being able to work with many different groups of people such as school staff, senior leaders, parents, pupils and external visitors to the school is a key requirement for a happy and calm school environment. GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above or equivalent qualification are essential.
