PA to the Headteacher

Full Time, Term Time Only Plus 3 Weeks

H8/H9 £30,267 - £36,717 (depending on experience)

Required: ASAP

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic team player to provide confidential and personal support to the Headteacher with admin support to the deputy Headteachers. The successful candidate will be experienced, very well organised and have the ability to work well as part of a team. You will need to work with a wide range of people, including students and on your own initiative, taking the lead when necessary.

Job Purpose:

Work closely with the Headteacher, understanding and promoting her and the school's priorities.

Key Tasks:

• Act as a first point of contact for visitors, staff and students who have a meeting with or wish to speak to the Headteacher

• Maintain the Headteacher and Deputies’ diaries and organise meetings

• Deal with all governance issues

• Provide support for whole school events

• Serve as the main liaison between the school and the Trust’s executive team
