Challenge Sport & Education are trusted by schools throughout Hertfordshire and surrounding areas to deliver high-quality PPA cover in PE.
We are opening our business to offer more than just PE, looking to employ music teachers to offer Music as an option for schools' PPA provisions.
Do you have experience teaching primary school national curriculum in any of the above subjects? Are you looking for flexible work patterns? Love working with children and within a school setting? If so, please apply!
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working in primary schools
- Good behavior management and classroom presence
- Be able to adapt to school life (last minute changes/ yes attitude)
- The ability to build relationships with students and staff in the school.
Important Requirements:
- Experience teaching in a school setting (Ideally in your chosen subject!)
- Understanding of the subjects national curriculum
- QTS or PGCE qualifications ideal but not essential
About the role:
- Full time, 40 hours a week and part time options available
- No weekend work needed
- 6 hours hours a week personal development time and personal development budget to help you develop your career and skills beyond this role
