About the role
St Rose's Catholic Infant School (part of the All Saints Catholic Academy Trust) have an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and hardworking Premises Assistant. who takes a pride in keeping our school safe and secure for the school community.
In addition to the Premises Assistant contract, we are looking for an individual who can take on additional responsibility to lead the Premises operational strategy across St Roses' and St Cuthbert Mayne Junior School, as a Site Manager. Both schools work closely together, and this is the ideal opportunity to set standards across both sites. St Cuthbert Mayne is currently being rebuilt, and the successful candidate will be fully involved in the establishing of a state of the art, sustainable, new build school. Ability to travel between sites is essential, and the postholder will be expected to carry out both contracts.
Contract 1: Premises Assistant working hours : Part time - 15 hours per week, based at St Rose's, 52 weeks per year.
Annual Salary - £11,189 (Pay scale H3) including fringe allowance.
Contract 2 : Site Manager working hours : Part time - 5 hours per week (to be worked flexibly across St Rose's and St Cuthbert Mayne), 52 weeks per year.
Annual Salary - £3,906 (Pay scale H5) including fringe allowance.
Total annual salary : £15, 095
