DSPL 5 Primary Behaviour Outreach Worker
Howe Dell School and DSPL 5 are looking to recruit a Primary Behaviour Outreach worker who will go into primary schools across Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City.
The successful applicant will work within the Primary Outreach Team to support the schools in the management of pupil’s behaviour in mainstream schools. The team will work with identified individuals and small groups to offer behaviour strategies, support and give advice as appropriate to schools, parents and other professionals.

- Have an awareness and understanding of Special Educational Needs
- Understand a range of strategies and interventions to support children with SEMH needs within a primary classroom
The contract is term time only from the hours of 8.45 – 3.15 daily, (32 hours per week). It is salaried at grading H5 –H6 depending upon skill set and experience. A flexible working approach would be considered. This position is depended on DSPL 5 funding.
