About the role
We are an alternative provision provider in St Albans for Hertfordshire County council.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated Primary School Teacher with a specialisation in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join our centre.
What We’re Looking For
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the individual learning needs of our students.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Specialisation or experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Strong understanding of the diverse needs of students with learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities.

Proven ability to differentiate teaching to meet the varied needs of students.

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children with additional needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.

Commitment to the ethos of inclusion and supporting the holistic development of all learners.
