In April 2023, Ofsted graded the school as “good” and they commented that ‘Pupils want to succeed. They work hard in lessons and enjoy their subjects. They learn and achieve well. This includes the older students in the sixth form.’

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
