About the role

The school is seeking to appoint a friendly, reliable and efficient individual with excellent communication skills to work as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a welcoming, professional manner towards visitors, staff, and students.

We would like you to have:

  • Proven experience of reception or switchboard work
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a team and independently
  • Good IT skills

Working hours : Part time - 30 hours per week. Term time only ( 8am to 4pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

Interviews to take place Thursday 4th September.
