Would you like to play a crucial role in shaping the first impressions of our school?
You will balance front-desk reception duties with vital admissions processing and general administrative support, ensuring a seamless experience between our beautiful rural school sites for staff, prospective families, students and visitors.
The postholder will play a key role in managing the school’s admissions process, maintaining strong communication with current and prospective families, supporting relationships with local authorities and professionals and promoting our school through high-quality marketing and communication. As the school continues to grow across multiple sites, the postholder will help ensure that administrative systems, admissions processes and external communications remain consistent, professional and aligned with our ethos and values.

Safeguarding and Welfare at East Hall School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and /or other reference and security checks for those applicants residing / working outside the UK. Further / refresher training will be provided as part of the School induction process for any staff who will be working regularly in direct contact with students.
