About the role
Due to a member of our team retiring at the end of the term we are looking for an enthusiastic person to help maintain our school environment. The job involves cleaning classrooms and working areas, working with other premises staff.

You need to be honest, reliable and hard-working, with an ability to use your initiative and work as part of a team.
Working hours are 3.15-5.15pm daily term-time only, pay scale HB scale (approx. £11.50 per hour).
During periods when the school is closed, additional hours may be worked with both parties in agreement, when routine cleaning is undertaken throughout the school. This may include stripping and sealing floors, shampooing carpets, high level dusting, wall washing, etc.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The appointment is subject to the completion of satisfactory checks, including references and DBS clearance
