About the role

We are looking for a proactive and professional Science Technician to support our Science Department.

This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week, term time only, working across Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young people, an interest in Chemistry, Biology or Physics and be able to work well as part of a broader Science team to include other Technicians and Science Teachers.

Whilst previous experience is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be given.

Grade: H4 (Basic salary £25,183 to £26,409, plus annual outer fringe allowance of £706)

Hours: 20 hours per week across Monday to Friday, Term time only

Actual Salary: £11,701 to £12,255 per annum inclusive of fringe

Start Date: September 2025 - subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks
