About the role
We are looking for maternity cover to support and deputise for our SENCO in the leadership and management of the team. Working alongside the SENCO and leading a team of Teaching Assistants, the successful applicant will manage the provision of intervention programmes designed to meet the needs of students with special educational needs and disabilities, including those who are more able. This role carries approximately a 0.4 teaching load, usually within the candidate's subject area.
