?? Your Role Will Include:?? Teaching pupils aged 2 to 19 with severe learning difficulties
?? Creating multi-sensory, engaging lessons that inspire and support development
?? Collaborating with teachers, therapists & support staff for personalised learning
?? Participating in school events, including parents evenings
?? Communicating with families to support pupil progress and wellbeing
?? Receiving ongoing training in SEND teaching, behaviour management, and alternative communication methods (e.g. Makaton, PECS, AAC)

We now have satellite provisions in Stanstead Abbotts and Tonwell, and are working closely with Arlesdene Nursery to support SEN pupils.
