  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong behaviour management skills and can engage children positively in their learning

  • Is committed to inclusion and ensuring every child reaches their potential.

  • Is keen to contribute to the wider life of our school community.

A GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential, together with a high standard of written and spoken English.

In return, we offer:

  • A welcoming, positive and caring working environment

  • Friendly, experienced and supportive colleagues

  • Well-behaved, enthusiastic children who enjoy learning

  • Excellent resources to support teaching and learning.

  • A strong commitment to professional development, mentoring and career progression

  • A comprehensive healthcare plan, including wellbeing support, physiotherapy, stress counselling and lifestyle health screening.

  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to a child's life every day.

Salary will be paid on the NJC H2/H3 pay range, depending on qualifications and experience.

Visits to the school are strongly encouraged and warmly welcomed.
