Job Title: Part-Time SEN Teacher
Location: Woodlands Primary School
Hours: 4 hours per day (8.30 - 12.30)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Contract Type: Part-Time, One year fixed term initially
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to a small group of children with special educational needs, supporting their individual development and academic progress.
This role involves planning engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and managing a small team of support staff to ensure each child receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach a small group of pupils with a range of special educational needs.

Plan, deliver, and evaluate creative and personalised lessons.

Assess pupil progress and adapt plans accordingly.

Lead and manage a small team of support staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Work closely with our SENCO, parents, carers, and external professionals to support each child’s individual needs.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports, EHCP reviews, and team meetings where needed.
