- Support pupils and students aged 2 to 19 with severe learning difficulties, tailoring assistance to their unique needs.
- Work under the guidance of Class Teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Participate in swimming sessions with pupils at least once a week.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, families, and the local community to support pupil and student development.

Stage 1 - Informal Visit
This is a relaxed, friendly opportunity to:
- Meet our wonderful staff
- Spend time in a classroom
- See how you interact with pupils
- Ask questions and get a feel for our school environment
No preparation needed — just come as you are and enjoy the visit!
Stage 2 - Formal Interview
If successful at Stage 1, you’ll be invited back for:
- A short task related to the role
- A formal panel interview with three senior members of staff
This stage helps us understand your strengths and gives you a chance to showcase your passion and potential.
