Actual Salary - £20,638.80 - £31,494.00 + TLR2c
We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and committed person to work with the Lead SENCO, ensuring high quality support and educational provision for all students with additional needs.
The successful candidate for this post:
- will support students with individual learning needs in and out of lessons
- will be flexible and resourceful
- has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- has a positive, ‘can do’ attitude with colleagues and students
- believes in the right of every student to fulfil their potential
