SEND Teaching Assistant

Are you a reflective practitioner who can work within a team engaging and responding to children's thinking and learning? Do you have the ability to support children with a variety of needs, enabling independence, challenge and success? If so, we are looking to appoint an inspirational SEND Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking team of staff. The successful applicant will:

• Be able to work and support our children with SEND
• Be able to work 1:1 with specific children, carrying out specific tasks and prepare the learning environment and resources
• Liaise with the class teacher and Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion and supporting individuals and groups
• Show a genuine interest in our children’s wellbeing and build a positive and respectful rapport with all children.
• Have experience of working with children with SEND
• Have experience with using IT
