About the role

Would you like a package as part of your employee benefits that include time out for your wellbeing?  Would you like to earn a retention bonus of up to £2000?  We are looking for an enthusiastic SENDco, either qualified or prepared to take on the qualification, to join our friendly and welcoming staff team. Are you a reflective practitioner who can work within a team, engaging and responding to children's thinking and learning? Do you have the ability to support children with SEND, enabling independence, challenge and success? We are looking for candidates who are passionate about supporting children to learn to their full potential through a broad, creative and rich curriculum.  Our children are well behaved, responsive and keen to learn.  Providing the best learning opportunities for our children is at the heart of all we do.
