About the role
We are looking to appoint a dedicated, proactive and practical Site Manager to join our school community.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school site, including maintenance, security, health and safety compliance, and contractor liaison.
Key Information:
Working pattern: All year round, including school holidays
Holidays: 24 days plus Bank Holidays (to be taken during school holidays)
Working hours: 27.5 hours per week, typically 7.00am – 9:00am and 3:00pm – 6:00pm during term time (one longer afternoon starting at 12.30pm). These times can be adjusted during the school holidays.
Additional paid hours: Opportunity as required.
We are looking for someone who:
Has relevant skills in site management, ideally in a school or similar setting.
Has a strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
Is hands-on, organised, and takes initiative to solve problems.
Can work independently and adapt to the changing needs of the school.
Communicates well with adults and children and enjoys being part of a team.
