About the role
Panshanger Primary School is seeking a dedicated, practical and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team.

As Site Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day upkeep, presentation and security of the school site. The role is varied and hands-on, requiring someone who is organised, reliable, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining the health and safety of the school premises, including associated record keeping.
Carrying out general repairs, maintenance and minor cleaning tasks.
Ensuring the security of the school buildings and grounds.
Undertaking painting and decorating as required.
Managing deliveries and porterage duties.
Supporting the maintenance and operation of the school's on-site swimming pool.
Carrying out tasks that involve some manual handling and lifting.

Working Hours and Benefits
This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We are willing to consider a split-shift arrangement for the right candidate.
The position is offered on a 52-week contract, with an annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays. The leave year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
