About the role
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our staff team in Key Stage 1.
The successful applicant will be working with children across the phase under the supervision of the class teachers. The role will also include working with children with SEND to support them to achieve the targets on their Personal Plans. You will be expected to support pupils through whole class and through small groups in the classroom, ensuring pupils have every opportunity to be successful.

The successful applicant will be well organised, have patience, be self-motivated and have an ability to relate positively to children, all of whom will need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.
You will join a dedicated team, providing support to pupils, working closely with staff, parents and carers.

Contract type: Fixed term contract 1 year in first instance, term time only plus Inset days
Hours: 31.25 (part time considered)
