Actual salary: H3 – from £5,474

 

Hours:   Part time 8.30am - 1pm (Tues-Wed) 9 hours per week

 

Start Date: 3rd November 2025

 

Buntingford First School, is a new, net carbon zero, first school located in East Hertfordshire.  Due to one of wonderful TAs going on maternity leave, we are seeking another enthusiastic and inspirational teaching assistant who has the experience and knowledge to support children across our school.  This is an exciting opportunity to join the school in the third year of its journey. We have a fantastic team who are passionate about making sure every child is valued and can succeed.

 

The successful candidate will need to be engaging, energetic and dedicated to making a difference to children's learning.  You will need to enjoy working with children and be passionate and committed to helping children develop as independent and confident individuals.  An interest, passion or experience working with SEND children is required for this role.  Experience working in a primary classroom is desired.  You will work closely with the class teacher and SLT to ensure the children in our care thrive.  As a growing school, this role may have the potential to become permanent in the future.
