Actual salary: H3 - £6,189 (H4 if level 3 qualified - £6,284)
Hours: Part time 12noon-3.30pm (Mon-Wed) - 10.5 hours
Start Date: October 2025
Buntingford First School, is a new, net carbon zero, first school located in East Hertfordshire. We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational teaching assistant who has the experience and knowledge to support children in our school. We are particularly looking for someone with medical experience/knowledge who, alongside supporting the class generally, can provide some specific medical support for a wonderful child who is joining us in Nursery. Knowledge and/or experience around haemophilia and absence seizures would be desired. We have a fantastic team who are passionate about making sure every child is valued and can succeed.
The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated to making a difference to children's learning. You will need to enjoy working with children and be passionate and committed to helping children develop as independent and confident individuals. You will work closely with the class teacher and SLT to ensure the children in our care thrive.
