Our children are looking for an inspirational teaching assistant to come and join our fun, dynamic and vibrant Brookland Junior community! The role is for a term time only Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible on a fixed term contract until July 2028. Working days are Monday to Friday and working hours will be 8:40am until 3:10pm. Pay rate is H3, dependent on experience. Salary is worked out on a pro-rata basis.

The position will be supporting pupils in and outside the classroom. In addition, you will be expected to take on a daily lunchtime play leader role.

The Brookland Federation comprises of two schools: Brookland Infant and Nursery School and Brookland Junior School. The infant school is a two form entry school and the junior school is currently three form entry. The Federation is situated on a large and leafy site with new buildings and an all-weather sports pitches. The children transfer from the infant school which shares the same spacious grounds.
