????? As a Teaching Assistant, You Will: - Support pupils and students aged 2 to 19 with severe learning difficulties, tailoring assistance to their unique needs.
- Work under the guidance of Class Teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- ????? Participate in swimming sessions with pupils at least once a week.
- ?? Foster strong relationships with parents, families, and the local community to support pupil and student development.
?? Position Details: - Contract: 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time (43.6 weeks per annum)
- Hours: 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
- ? Includes one after-school club per week from 3:30 PM to 5:15 PM

?? Stage 2 - Formal Interview If successful at Stage 1, you’ll be invited back for:
- A short task related to the role
- A formal panel interview with three senior members of staff
This stage helps us understand your strengths and gives you a chance to showcase your passion and potential.
