Trotts Hill Primary School is seeking an outstanding Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful team from November 2026. Candidates should have experience of working in a primary setting. Experience of working with children and supporting learning is essential. Candidates with EYFS expertise and Level 2 or 3 qualifications are desirable. Candidates looking for a 1:1 position are also welcome to apply or those with experience in keystage 1 or 2. You would be part of a highly skilled and dynamic team, with excellent support and training opportunities. This post is 17.5 hours (8.30-12) with potentially an additional 5 hours at lunchtime to be part of our play team and extended hours in the afternoon for the right candidate. We are an OPAL platinum school and our play provision is in top 1% of the country. Full training as a member of our play team, would be provided.Pay scale for the role is  H2 – H4, dependent on experience.
