About the role
We are looking to appoint an exemplary, Level 2 qualified (or in the process of qualifying) Teaching Assistant, who will ideally have experience of working within an Infant school setting. This is for a November start.
The successful candidate will join our friendly and enthusiastic team, working alongside the class teacher. Candidates should have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key stage 1 curriculum. The position will be working within our Early Years team, but our TA's work flexibly and can be moved to different year groups as required.
The post consists of working alongside the class teacher, for 32.5 hours per week, split equally over 5 school days, term-time only. The salary is pro-rata and includes working inset days. Pay grade is dependent on qualifications and experience. The contract is until the end of the summer term 2027, with the possibility to extend the contract into the following academic year.
