About the role

The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet; working both independently and as part of the team, to promote and demonstrate resilience and flexibility as a positive role model for our children.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be committed to promoting inclusive learning opportunities whilst also considering individual children's special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and the development of children's emotional well-being.

In return we offer the successful candidate:

A positive and caring working environment

A friendly, dedicated, and supportive staff team

A well-resourced working environment

A strong commitment to CPD with quality mentoring and development support

The Agora Learning Partnership is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils in its care and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. As part of creating a culture that safeguards and promotes the welfare of children in our schools, it is important that in our work to attract the most suitable, high calibre candidates, we adopt robust recruitment procedures that deter and prevent people who are unsuitable to work with children. All post holders are subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Declaration Form prior to interview.
