About the role
St Augustine’s Under 5s Playgroup are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to manage our small and friendly team committed to providing high quality early years care and education for children. The Under 5s was awarded an 'Outstanding' Ofsted report in February 2025. As the Team Leader with a good understanding of the EYFS and friendly and flexible approach you will be able to build positive relationships with staff, children and their families ensuring that each child’s needs are recognised and met.
The job would involve overseeing staff, day to day administration, finance, maintenance of the setting and reporting to the Trustees. Curently 4 / 5 days each week, term time, plus 4 weeks.
Applicants to be qualified to level 3/4 in Early Years Childcare and Education or equivalent.
