Trust Administration Officer at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Academy Trust

Fixed term 6 months contract

20 hours per week, Monday to Friday; 10am – 2pm

H4 6-9 (Fringe) £25,183 - £26,409 + £706 Fringe FTE (£11,711 - £12,266 Pro Rata)

Are you organised, detail-oriented and passionate about supporting excellence in education? This is an exciting opportunity to join our excellent Multi-Academy Trust of eight schools, which was formed in September 2021. We are seeking an organised and highly motivated individual to join our Trust Central Team as the Trust Administration Officer. The successful candidate is responsible for undertaking a range of administrative and organizational duties that support and enable the Trust to deliver administrative functions in an effective and professional way. This is a fixed term 6 months temporary contract in the first instance, with potential to become permanent as the Trust continues to grow and evolve.

  • A highly organised, detail-oriented team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence with IT systems including Microsoft Office
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines with ease
  • A commitment to professionalism, discretion, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
