Class Teacher – Year 1/2 (Part-Time)

3 or 4 days per week
(Wednesday, Thursday and Friday or Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday )
Fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027

Puller Memorial C of E VA Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, inclusive and inspirational teacher to join our friendly team and lead our delightful mixed Year 1/2 class.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, supportive school community where teamwork, creativity, flexibility and a good sense of humour are highly valued. We are seeking a passionate teacher who will help us build on this success and continue providing the very best education for every child.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for teaching and helping every child reach their full potential.

• Is committed to inclusive practice and has experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Works effectively alongside teaching assistants and 1:1 support staff.

• Brings creativity, enthusiasm and positivity to the classroom.

• Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and Therapeutic Thinking approaches.

• Can adapt learning to meet the needs of a mixed-age class and support pupils with SEND effectively.
