We work closely with the University of Hertfordshire, supporting students to gain experience and secure jobs in Hertfordshire schools.
We also work closely with our local Teaching School Hubs to promote entry routes into teaching and raise awareness of training opportunities at career events.

Alban Teaching School Hub supports teacher training and professional development across Dacorum, Hertsmere, St Albans, Three Rivers, Watford, Welwyn Hatfield.

Chiltern Teaching School Hub covers Broxbourne, East Hertfordshire, Luton, North Hertfordshire, Stevenage.

We work closely with the Hertfordshire Opportunities Portal (HOP) to promote teaching as a career path to young people and career changers. Our shared mission is to ensure that education remains a visible and valued career option.

Step2Skills support adults returning to work and applicants with additional needs. Together, we highlight opportunities for upskilling and accessing school-based careers.

In collaboration with local Job Centres across Hertfordshire, we help inform jobseekers about opportunities in schools. We provide information and run 'application stations' highlighting support roles in schools.

This collaboration helps introduce alternative pathways into the classroom, especially for those with a passion for coaching and youth work.

We engage with Reed in Partnership through their Restart scheme and employment programmes. Teach in Herts provides information and inspiration for participants interested in exploring careers in education.
Teach in Herts also works with local colleges to share progression pathways from vocational training to school-based employment. Together, we encourage young people to consider education as a meaningful and impactful career choice.
