Consultancy
Many schools in Hertfordshire benefit from purchasing TLA consultancy. A Teaching and Learning Adviser works directly to support a core SL in a school to address and embed the school’s priorities. You can request to bring this additional source of subject and phase expertise into your school, enabling you to maximise impact.
Leading Teachers
HfL also has a select team of mathematics and English leading teachers, for KS1 & 2, who are good and outstanding practitioners in good and outstanding schools, and who provide peer-to-peer support in schools.
