Maple Grove Primary School is seeking a highly organised, proactive and creative professional to join our team as an Attendance, Admissions, Marketing and Publicity Officer.This is a varied and rewarding role that combines administration, data management, family engagement, and creative communications. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting pupil achievement, strengthening relationships with families, and promoting the school within the local community.You will act as a welcoming ambassador for the school, ensuring effective communication, accurate management of pupil information, and high-quality promotion of Maple Grove’s ethos, values, and successes. We are looking for someone who:
Has strong organisational and administrative skills
Communicates confidently with families, staff and external partners
Can analyse data and produce clear reports
Is creative and confident using digital platforms and social media
Demonstrates initiative and attention to detail
Shares our commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
Experience working in a school or education setting and familiarity with Arbour systems is essential. Maple Grove Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff are expected to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory pre-employment clearances in line with safer recruitment practices. The start date is 1st September 2026. Salary - H4 - H5 (£25,989- £27,254) pro rata based on experience. Hours - 8.30 am - 1.30 pm Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri and 8.30 am - 3.30 pm Wed , 26.5 hours a week, 39 weeks a year
