Ardeley is a good school with a strong caring ethos and a highly committed happy team. We enjoy providing a rich variety of opportunities for the children that reinforce what they learn with confidence and independence.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented teacher to join us in September or October 2025. This will initially be in Key Stage 1, which is made up of both Year 1 and 2 pupils, however, longer term, there is the flexibility of movement according to the interests (and talents) of the wider team. Because we are a small school, our classes are made up of mixed year groups. Each class has a Teaching Assistant to support the learning. We offer regular CPD and work with other local schools to ensure our staff and pupils have access to wider experiences that enable them to flourish.
