About the role
We are looking to appoint a capable and caring person, who relates well to children to take up a full-time position as a classroom teaching assistant for our Year 1 and 2 class from October 2025. You will become part of a dedicated and friendly team of staff, committed to providing the very best in learning support.
You will be required to work under the direction of a classteacher with the ability to support any year group across the school is desirable. Teaching and Learning Level 2 and/or Level 3 and/or experience in this role would be desirable. Training will be offered to support the successful applicant.
You be required to work 32.5 hours per week in term-time, which would be 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. The role may require additional INSET days to be worked, up to a maximum of 5 days per year. Pay and grade dependent on relevant experience.
