About the role
We have a vacancy for a Community Trustee at the school.
As critical friends of the school, Trustees are expected to have an interest in the strategic development of the school. The term of office for a Community Trustee is four years. We welcome applications from people looking to support the school and provide expertise from a range of areas outside of education. In particular we would welcome people who have a background in Human Resources, Law, Marketing, Public Relations or Health and Safety.

Please be aware that regulations require everyone elected or appointed to the board to undergo a DBS check. This is to ensure the safety of the students. If you are elected and you subsequently decline to undergo such a check, you will disqualify yourself. The appointment will be subject also to two satisfactory references, one of which should be from another parent/guardian/carer of a child at the school.
The school is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All post holders are subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check (Disclosure & Barring Service).
